Product & Order
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days and arrive within 2-5 business days, depending on the destination. Free for orders over ₺2,000.
How do I assemble the chair?
Every chair ships with a printed assembly guide. Most chairs assemble in 20-30 minutes with the included tools. A QR code on the box also links to a video walkthrough.
What weight does the chair support?

Do you offer corporate (B2B) sales?
Yes, we offer bulk discounts for offices and gaming cafes. Contact us at the form below for a custom quote.
Can I get an invoice (fatura)?
Yes, choose "Corporate (Kurumsal)" at checkout and fill in your tax info. We email you the e-fatura within 24 hours of dispatch.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We ship across all 81 provinces of Turkey via Aras Kargo / Yurtiçi Kargo / MNG Kargo, depending on your area.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link via email and SMS as soon as your order is dispatched. You can also check your account dashboard.
What if I am not home for delivery?
The carrier will leave a note and attempt re-delivery the next business day, or you can pick up from the local branch.
Do you ship outside Turkey?
Currently we only ship within Turkey. International shipping may be added in the future.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
You have 14 days from delivery to return any unused chair for a full refund (right of withdrawal — Cayma Hakkı). Original packaging required.
How long is the warranty?

What if my chair arrives damaged?
Take photos within 24 hours of delivery and contact us immediately. We will arrange a free replacement or repair.
How do I claim warranty service?
Open a ticket via the contact form below with your order number and photos of the issue. We respond within 24 business hours.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Troy) via PayTR, bank transfer (Havale/EFT), and installments up to 12 months on eligible cards.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All card payments are processed by PayTR with 256-bit SSL encryption. We never see or store your card details.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes, up to 12 months interest-free on most major Turkish credit cards. Available installments are shown at checkout.
