Right of Withdrawal (Cayma Hakkı)
Under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.
Conditions
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- Original packaging, manuals and accessories must be returned.
- The right of withdrawal must be exercised within 14 days of delivery.
How to Return
- Email info@gamingchairs.troycollection.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will send you a return label and confirm the return address.
- Pack the chair securely in its original packaging and ship it via the courier we arrange.
- Once we receive and inspect the chair, we refund the full amount within 14 days to your original payment method.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Card refunds may take 1-3 billing cycles to appear depending on your bank.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged, take photos within 24 hours and contact us. Return shipping for damaged/defective products is on us.
