This contract regulates the parties' rights and obligations regarding the sale and delivery of the products ordered electronically by the Buyer through the Seller's website gamingchairs.troycollection.com, in accordance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

Products are delivered within 30 days of order confirmation. Delivery is made by Seller's contracted shipping carrier. Risk of loss passes to Buyer upon delivery.

Buyer may withdraw from this contract within 14 days from receipt without giving any reason and without paying any penalty, under Article 9 of the Distance Contracts Regulation. The product must be returned in original condition with original packaging.
Personalized or made-to-order products, products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, and products whose protective packaging has been opened are exempt from the right of withdrawal.
5. Teslimat
If the product is defective, Buyer may exercise the right to return, free repair, exchange, or price reduction under the Consumer Protection Law.

Disputes shall be submitted to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court of the Buyer's residence or where the transaction was made, within the limits set by the Ministry of Trade.
